Police investigators are preparing to file murder and other charges against the God brother of murdered British teenager, Dominic Bernard.

Investigators also intend to file murder charges against a friend of the God brother who they believe played a role in murdering the  teen and burying his body in a Berbice shallow grave.

Police investigators on Saturday took the two suspects, Aaron Hing and Staymon George back to the scene where the body was discovered on Friday afternoon buried in the shallow grave.

Investigators were on Sunday led by other persons being investigated in the case, to another spot where the body was discovered and it was at that spot that the investigators discovered the camera and other video equipment belonging to the British youth, buried in a shallow grave.

Police sources have stated that they believe the youth was led to the area by his God brother and the God brother’s friend and murdered just after he arrived in Guyana on October 14, 2015.

The two reportedly picked up Bernard at the airport and took him to the Berbice area telling him that they wanted him to see something. It is believed that they had already planned his murdered since according to the confession from the two men, the grave was dug two days before the teen arrived in the country.

It was just over a week ago, that the parents of the teen back in England raised an alarm over his whereabouts after not hearing from him since he left London back in October. The God brother had claimed that he was unaware of the teen’s travel to Guyana and also claimed that he had not heard from or seen the young man.

However, investigators received a tip from someone close to the God brother that the teen had been murdered and his body buried in the Kildonan backdam in Berbice. It was the same area that was written down on the youth’s immigration records as his place of stay in Guyana.

The body was found in the shallow grave in a decomposed state.

The 18-year-old British youth traveled to Guyana in the hopes of following his life’s dream to become a film maker.

One of his friends on Facebook on Sunday posted messages from the teen back in September indicating that he was preparing to move to and settle in Guyana to follow his film making dreams.
