During his appearance at the Georgetown Magistrates' Court today, the Court heard that on the 12th August at Regent and Wellington Streets, Rodrigues used threatening language against Courney Crum-Ewing's mother,  Donna Hardcort.

Just months after the murder charges against him were dismissed for the shooting death of activist, Courtney Crum-Ewing, Georgetown resident, Reagan Rodrigues aka “Grey Boy”, found himself back in Court after allegedly threatening the mother of Crum-Ewing.

During his appearance at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court today, the Court heard that on the 12th August at Regent and Wellington Streets, Rodrigues used threatening language against Courney Crum-Ewing’s mother,  Donna Hardcort.

The former murder accused denied the allegation and told the Court that he would never issue death threats against anyone, especially months after being freed of a murder charge.

He told the Court that since he was set free, he has been constantly harassed by the dead man’s relatives.

Magistrate, Dylon Bess told the accused that he can’t stop people from talking, and should use the power of restrain.

The Magistrate placed the man on $10,000 bail and ordered him to keep the peace.

Rodrigues had always denied any involvement in the death of the political activist, Courtney Crum-Ewing, who was shot dead just weeks before the 2015 elections as he encouraged Diamond residents to vote against the then, PPP Civic administration.

No one else has been charged in connection with the murder.
