Linden man found murdered with knife left in abdomen

According to reports, the body was discovered by a friend of the man, who decided to go check up on him after not seeing him for the past few days.

Police investigators in the mining town of Linden are probing the murder of Blueberry Hill, Wismar resident, 49-year-old Dillon Stellingburg.

The man’s body was discovered this morning in his house with the throat slashed and a knife left stuck in the abdomen.

According to reports, the body was discovered by a friend of the man, who decided to go check up on him after not seeing him for the past few days.

Stellingburg worked  with the GGMC and would work in the interior region as a surveyor but would travel out to Linden often.

 Whenever he was not in Linden, his house would be locked up but was broken into on several occasions during his long stays in the interior region.

He was the father of two sons. Investigations have been launched.
