RadioShack to open first Guyana store on Friday

In a statement, the company said that in 2015, Regal Forest Holdings (RFH), the parent company for the Unicomer Group, acquired the RadioShack brand and franchising rights for Central America, South America and the Caribbean. Currently, the Group owns and operates seventy-two (72) RadioShack stores in Curacao, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Barbados and Trinidad.

RadioShack to open first Guyana store on Friday

The Unicomer Group, which manages the COURTS and Lucky Dollar store, has announced that popular American department store, RadioShack, will be opening its first store in Guyana on Friday.

RadioShack will now form part of the Unicomer network of retail stores in Guyana. The first Guyana Store will be located inside the Giftland Mall.

The new RadioShack stores are expected to provide innovative solutions to consumer’s everyday technological needs and a unique and interactive shopping experience.

“The exciting range of products available at the RadioShack stores include Bluetooth speakers and transmitters, notebook computers, tablets, power banks, headphones, android boxes and fitness trackers. Additionally, the chain also offers affordable and flexible financing plans to its customers.”
