Tropical Storm warning forces Caribbean Airlines to cancel several flights

Caribbean Airlines has announced that due to the Tropical Storm warning in effect for Trinidad, Tobago and Grenada, a number of its flights have been cancelled for the rest of today. For Guyana, only the Miami to Georgetown via Port-of-Spain flight has been cancelled. But connecting several connecting flights out of Trinidad and Tobago have been cancelled.

Affected customers travelling during the period June 19th – 21st , 2017 will be permitted to change or cancel their reservations without penalty subject to the following conditions:

  • Passengers must have a confirmed ticket issued beforeJune 19th, 2017
  • Passengers who choose to change their reservations, must complete their travel by 25 June 2017. Travel must be in the same cabin as the original.
  • Caribbean Airlines WILL NOTbe responsible for arrangements or transportation to/from an alternate airport or hotel/overnight expenses incurred by affected passengers.
