The Police Prosecutor said that on the day in question, the two men had an altercation over the use of toilet in the yard of the accused.

An argument over the use of a toilet has left one individual badly wounded and the other facing the Court. 

19-year-old Calvin George, stood before Chief Magistrate, Ann McLennan today and was not required to plea to charge, when it was read to him.

The Court was told that on the 11th April at Caneville, with the intent to commit murder, George wounded Orin Peters.

The Police Prosecutor said that on the day in question, the two men had an altercation over the use of toilet in the yard of the accused. 

It was during that argument, the defendant armed himself with a knife and inflicted several injuries on the other man, causing him to be hospitalized.

The victim appeared in Court today with his bandages and listened to the case. Bail was granted in the sum of $200,000 and the accused will have to reappear in Court in the new month.
