Caribbean Airlines promises improved service to Guyana

According to a statement from the Minister of State's office,the Caribbean Airlines CEO Michael DiLollo explained that the airline's operation in Guyana has recorded increased on-time performance which is something that the company is very happy about.

Caribbean Airlines promises improved service to Guyana

The Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean Airlines has promised that the airline will improve its service to the Guyana market as it values the route.

On Thursday, the CAL Chief Executive Officer and other company executives met with Minister of State Joe Harmon to express the company’s commitment to the Guyana market.

According to a statement from the Minister of State’s office,the Caribbean Airlines CEO Michael DiLollo explained that the airline’s operation in Guyana has recorded increased on-time performance which is something that the company is very happy about.

The CEO reassured the government of the airline’s commitment especially as Guyana prepares to welcome thousands of Guyanese home in 2016 to mark the country’s 50th Independence celebrations.

The Caribbean Airlines officials said the company will continue to focus on improving its customer service and on-board services.

Minister of State Joe Harmon expressed the government’s appreciation to the airline for having served Guyana for over 50 years. He said the airline’s service to the Guyana market is invaluable and the government looks forward to the carrier playing its part in the Guyana 50th Independence celebrations.

 The visiting Caribbean Airlines team also included the company’s Head of Corporate Communications Dionne Ligoure, Vice President of Commercial Operations and Customer Service George Reeleder, Area Manager, South America Roy Ferguson and Sales Executive for Guyana and Suriname Dion Inniss.
