CXC completes 80% of requests for review of 2020 grades

CXC is currently in dialogue with the Ministries of Education across the region to finalise details for the administration of the regional examinations this year.

CXC completes 80% of requests for review of 2020 grades

The Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) announced today that it is still in the process of finalizing and reviewing some grades for the CSEC and CAPE exams written last year.

The Council in a statement noted that throughout the review process, it endeavored to be thorough and to comply with its quality assurance processes.

80% of the requests for reviews have been completed, it noted.

The regional examination body stated that on December 31, 2020, final results were shared with CXC Local Registrars while from today, grades will be released via the online student portal.

CXC is currently in dialogue with the Ministries of Education across the region to finalise details for the administration of the regional examinations this year.

The details are to be shared with stakeholders and made public within the coming weeks.

Guyana has made a number of requests to the regional examination body regarding the exams for this year.
