The Guyana Police Force has issued wanted bulletins for 34-year-old businessman, Kanand Ojha and his 42-year-old friend, Ron Forde.

The two are wanted in connection with the death of gay sex worker Noel Luther who was gunned down  on July 22, 2015 at the corner of Carmichael and Quamina Street while transacting late night “business”.

According to police, Kanand Ojha’s last known address has been given as Meadow Bank, East Bank Demerara, while the last known addresses for Ron Forde have been listed as Lot 19 Meadow Bank and Lot 31, Rahaman’s Park on the East Bank of Demerara.

It is believed that on the night of July 22, Kanand Ojha who is a businessman, acquired the services of the sex worker but refused to pay for the “job” after.  He reportedly got into a heated argument with the sex worker about the cost attached to the services and left the scene only to return with his friend Ron Forde.
