The Guyana Police Force on Friday said it is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of an unidentified man, whose body was found with injuries to his head at about 11:40 am at Liliendaal, East Coast Demerara.
“The deceased is of African Descent, appears to be in his 40’s, medium built, dark complexion, about 5’8” height, long dreadlocks, and was clad in a brown and black striped jersey and a ¾ blue jeans”, the police statement said.
Investigators said the man’s body is at the Lyken Funeral Home awaiting identification.
