A Pensioner was today slapped with the charge of distributing nude photos of his reputed wife at the woman’s workplace.

65-year-old, Martial Arts Instructor, Godfrey Taylor, pleaded not guilty to the charge when it was read to him by the Chief Magistrate.

The charge stated on the 15th December, 2018 at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC), the man knowingly and without lawful excuse distributed obscene photographs of his reputed wife.

The two shared an intimate relationship but were not on “speaking terms” at the time of the incident.

Because of the problems in their relationship, it is alleged that the elderly man went to the woman’s workplace and started to share nude images of her with her workmates.

The matter was reported to the Police and the accused was recently arrested and charged.

The Prosecutor objected to bail, but the Magistrate granted him bail in the sum of $10,000. He will return to Court later this month for the continuation of the case.
