Wanted man turns self in to CANU and released after questioning

A man whom the Customs Anti Narcotics Unit issued a Wanted Bulletin for, on Monday night has turned himself into the drug enforcement agency on Tuesday and was released after one hour of questioning.

Law Enforcement sources have told News Source that Kenty Ferguson turned himself into CANU in the company of his attorney Mark Waldron on Tuesday morning.

CANU officials are tight lipped on the nature of the investigation involving the man but sources confirmed that he was being sought for questioning in connection with a recent case. News Source understands that the young man was asked questions about a number of recent drug busts and released.

Persons familiar with the case said he was told that the investigators just wanted an updated photograph of him and his finger prints. He was questioned about his whereabouts over the past few days.

A source close to the man said that he believes that someone is out to tarnish his name since based on the questions he was asked, CANU may have been given some information about him that he is convinced has no truth to it.
