Marcus was arrested last week after the Police issued a wanted bulletin for him in connection with the shooting. A wanted bulletin was also issued for Charlestown resident, Odelle Garnett aka “Crab”. There are reports that Garnett has surrendered to the authorities to be questioned about the shooting.

The two men were allegedly involved in a shoot-out with each other, when the young boy was struck to the head by a bullet just as his mother was about to grab him to run for cover.

He was rushed to the hospital and admitted in a critical state. He has not regained consciousness as yet.
