Three men were charged and remanded to prison on Tuesday over the September 2024 murder of Aubrey Richardson at Yarrowkabra on the Soesdyke-Linden Highway.
The three murder accused, 19-year-old Carlton Antwan Sampson called ‘Skeng’, 26-year-old Dwayne Neil Winter called ‘Drizzle’ and 36-year-old Brutus Taylor appeared at the Friendship Magistrate’s Court, where the charge was read to them.
They were not required to enter a plea to the indictable murder charge and were all remanded to prison. The trio will make their next Court appearance on the 30th May.
The 61-year-old victim was shot to the back during a robbery at his shop. He died a month after being hospitalised.
