Seven women were arrested early Sunday morning at the Rio Nightclub after a raid by Police officers unearthed a small quantity of narcotics.
A number of the women are foreign nationals and they are being held for questioning for various offences.
Police investigators have not offered much information on the raid, however, investigations are ongoing.
A few months ago, a young man was shot outside the same nightclub as two other men who were involved in a fight, exchanged gunshots. Several persons were questioned by no one was charged for the death of the youth.
Investigators say they are seeking two men to assist with the probe.
