A number of rum products manufactured by Banks DIH Limited have been awarded the distinguished Monde Selection International Gold Quality Award, which is one of the world’s most respected independent quality certifications.
The XM Supreme 15 Year-old rum, XM 5 Year-old Rum, XM Special 12 year-old Rum, and the company’s Maximum Premium Vodka have been awarded the Gold Quality Award at the Monde Selection Quality Awards 2026 in the Spirits and Liqueurs category.
Banks DIH Rum Factory Executive, Gregory Garraway said the award highlights the brand’s commitment to delivering premium quality to consumers.
“Monde’s selection is a globally renowned benchmark – a gold medal from them signals absolute perfection in taste, aroma and craftsmanship. This international recognition belongs entirely to the dedicated employees of the rum factory. Your patience, precision and hard work, made this achievement possible. Without you, none of this could have been achieved,” Garraway said.
He said every rum product created by Banks DIH begins with premium alcohol, aged to perfection in oak bourbon barrels. Each bottle, Garraway said, carries a distinct character that reflects its precise age and our commitment to quality and innovation.
By earning this added distinction, Banks DIH’s rum and vodka have joined a select group of products internationally recognized for their superior quality.
Garraway said the achievement strengthens Banks DIH Limited’s reputation in both the domestic and international markets, enhancing brand credibility while opening new opportunities for growth, visibility, and strategic partnerships.
