A 21-year-old businessman who was arrested on Monday with an unlicensed firearm and unlicensed ammunition, appeared in Court today to face illesgal possession charges.
The businessman, Joshua Taylor from South Turkeyen, East Coast Demerara, appeared in Court this morning and denied the allegations leveled against him that he was found to be in possession of ammunition without a license, and was also in possession of a firearm without a license.
Standing before Magistrate Liverpool at the Sparendaam Magistrates’ Court, the accused Joshua Taylor, pleaded not guilty to the charges. He was placed on $200,000 bail and told to report to Court on the 12th May for the continuation of the matter.
