A Cuban National, who was recently arrested by a Police Bike Patrol, after he was found with cocaine in his possession, pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced to three years in jail on Friday.
38-year-old, Yusiel Vizcana made his first appearance before Magistrate Leron Daly and admitted to having 0.5 grammes of cocaine in his possession when he was stopped by Police.
According to reports, Police on patrol saw the man acting in a suspicious manner and when a search was conducted on him, the illegal substance was found hidden in a bible that he was carrying.
He was taken to the Alberttown Police station where the charge was filed against him. After the Magistrate handed down the three year jail sentence, the cocaine carrying convict, calmly walked out of the courtroom in handcuffs to begin that sentence.
