The accused, Keron Williams called Virgil Henry appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court before the Chief Magistrate where the indictable charge was read to him,
It is alleged that he stabbed 43-year-old Rafael Antonio Soto to death during a disagreement last Thursday night along a road in Baramita.
The two men reportedly were at a shop consuming alcohol earlier in the evening and left the bar around the same time.
It is reported that the two men ran into each other later the same night and the now dead man, managed to convince a woman who was with the accused, to go with him back to where he lives.
