Police investigators are probing the murder of 59-year-old Tuschen businessman, Keith Richard Hoenkirk.
The man who was an amputee was found dead in his bedroom with duct tape across his mouth and his hands tied.
Police investigaors suspect that he may have been killed sometime on Saturday night or early Sunday morning. The body was discovered on Sunday by his neighbour who went to check up on him and discovered the door unlocked and the entire house ransacked.
Although the man’s hands were bound and his mouth was gagged, police say there were no marks of violence on his body.
A post-mortem examination is to be conducted on the body as the police launch their investigations.
