With his head buried in his tee-shirt, a Non Pareil man, who faced robbery charges in the past, was back in Court today facing an attempted murder charge.

The charge stated that on the 3rd February, 2017 at Mandela Avenue, he discharge a loaded firearm at Christopher Marks, with intent to commit murder.

The Police Prosecutor, Arvin Moore, told the court that Kendall was wanted in connection with another offence several months ago, but was on the run.

He was only nabbed recently and charged for the present offence.

It was alleged that another man, Samuel Adams along with Kendall, attacked a man outside Citizens Bank on Mandela Avenue and during an attempt to rob him, a shot was fired, which struck the man i one of his arms.

Kendall was fingered in at least two other robbery cases.

Taking into account that the accused has other matters before the court and had been dodging law enforcement, bail was refused and he was remanded to prison until later this month, when the case will continue.
