The Government of Guyana is getting set to announce salary increases for public servants on Thursday.

Public servants earning between $100,000 to $999,000 per month will enjoy an 8.5% increase and those making over $1 million per month will get a 3% increase.
All of the increases will be retroactive to January 2019 and will also be tax free.
