An Alboystown carpenter and a Herstelling vendor were charged on Monday over the armed robbery of a Lusignan supermarket.
The incident took place last Wednesday.
Appearing before the Court was carpenter, Jamal Seymour and vendor, Ryan Goodluck. Both men entered not guilty pleas to the charges laid before them.
While the Police Prosecutor objected to bail on the grounds that that the offense was a serious and prevalent one, the Magistrate granted the men bail in the sum of $150,000 each.
They have also been ordered to return to Court on the 6th November for the continuation of the case.
In its statement, the Police explained that the two were arrested after they were identified in the video surveillance recording of the robbery at the supermarket. The Police also claim that the two were fingered in another similar case that is currently before the Courts.
