The Pegasus Hotel has announced that the Pegasus Suites, and the under contruction new Pegasus Tower, have joined the world renowned Hyatt Chain of Hotels as an Affiliated Hotel under the name Atlantic Suites Hotel.
In a statement, the company said the 80 Suites Hotel located at Pegasus Corporate Centre would now be marketed as an independent Hotel with transition to the popular lifestyle brand, Hyatt Regency and the World of Hyatt loyalty Program in 2028 when the new adjacent Tower of 170 rooms is commissioned.
CEO of the Pegasus Hotel, Robert Badal, said the company is excited at this transition to the Hyatt family and the opportunity it presents in serving the Business and Leisure travelers with trusted hospitality of the highest level.
The Hyatt brand of hotel is one of the most recognised hotel brands in the world and the partnership with the Pegasus comes at a time when the hotel industry in Guyana is growing, with a number of popular brands opening their doors.
The Pegasus hotel has been expanding over the past decade and is eyeing even more expansion.
