Political activist Kenneth Chance passes away
Well known political activist and member of the People’s National Congress, Kenneth Chance also known as “Six Head”, passed away on Monday after he suffered a stroke.
In a statement, the PNCR said “he was a vibrant member of the PNCR and an activist, not only in his community of Albouystown, but further afield.”

The party reminded that he was a founding member of the Justice for Jermaine Committee which was formed after the death of an Albouystown youth who was killed at the hands of a policeman in May 1996.
“Kenneth was also one of the candidates in this year’s local government elections and apart from being active in the political field, he was the owner of a Reggae Club where he once taught music. He was known as “Six Head” because of his drive behind the late world rated champ, Andrew “Six Head” Lewis motivating him to become a boxer. “

The party has extended its sympathy to the relatives and friends of Chance, who was well known on the picket lines during the PNCR’s time in opposition.
