The Guyana Police Force on Monday issued a bulletin for Richard Lord  who is wanted in connection to the murder of 5 year old Kimberley Houston and 2 year old Tarif Lord which occurred on July 31, 2013, at Zeelugt Squatting Area, EBE

The two young children were chopped to death as their father went on a murderous rampage with a cutlass. The mother of the children was badly injured during the attack and remains hospitalized.  Since the incident, Police investigators have been moving into a number of areas where it is believed the man may be hiding out.

In the Wanted Bulletin issued by the Police, investigators are asking for “Anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of Richard Lord is asked to contact the police on telephone numbers 225-6411, 226-6978, 268-2298, 268-2222, 911 or the nearest police station.
