An afternoon row between a couple turned deadly when the woman armed herself with a knife and stabbed her reputed husband to death.
Dead is 38-year-old Victor Roberts of Prince William Street, Plaisance.
His assailant has since been arrested.
A Police report said the murder took place just after 12:30 this afternoon in the East Coast community.
The two were reportedly involved in a heated argument and altercation when the woman grabbed a knife and stabbed the man to left side of the chest.
He was taken to the Georgetown Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival. A post-mortem examination is to be conducted.
