A former member of the Guyana Police Force is wanted for the murder of Sophia resident Kurt Duncan, who was shot to the chest early this morning while parting a fight at Seeta’s Bar.

The wanted man has been identified as 32-year-old Keon David who also lives in the Sophia area.

The Guyana Police Force is asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact the nearest Police station or call 911.

News Source understands that a number of eyewitnesses have identified the ex-cop as the person who fired the fatal shot that took the life of Kurt Duncan.

Duncan was at the popular Station Street, Kitty bar when he attempted to part a fight between a man and a woman. It was reported that it was during his peacemaker effort that he was shot by David, who was seated at a table nearby.
