Police investigators are probing another fatal road accident. According to a Police report, 27-year-old driver Shemroy Henry of Belmont, Mahaicony lost his life on Tuesday night when he reportedly lost control of his car.
The Police statement said Henry was driving his car at a fast rate with three passengers along the Cottage, Mahaicony Public Road when he lost control of the vehicle and slammed into a concrete fence and a utility pole. The incident occurred just before 9pm.
The driver and the other three persons were pulled from the wreckage by persons in the area and rushed to the Mahaicony Hospital. The driver died while receiving treatment while the other three persons were admitted with their injuries.
Investigations are ongoing.
