Earlier this week, a serving member of the Guyana Defence Force and two other men were charged in connection with the same robbery. The three have been remanded to jail.

3 More Wanted for $58 Million Gold Heist

The Guyana Police Force has issued wanted bulletins for three more men in connection with last week’s multi-million-dollar robbery at the Wallison Gold Trading company in Kitty.

Wanted are Dequan King aka Titus/Quanie, former GDF member Jamal Hazel and Antonio Maraj.

King has been identified as the getaway driver while the other two wanted men, Hazel and Maraj are believed to have been two of the three robbers who carried out the heist.

The Police in its statement said Hazel and Maraj were observed on CCTV cameras carrying out the robbery.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of the three men is asked to contact the nearest Police station or call 911.

So far, investigators have been able to recover $18 million cash from the robbery. The company said the robbers made off with more than $30 million in cash and $20 million in raw gold.
