An Albouystown man is dead and his assailant in Police custody after a Christmas Day row in Albouystown turned bloody and deadly.
The dead man, according to Police, has only been identified as “Fluffie”. He reportedly got into a heated row with the other man and was brutally stabbed to his chest.
He was rushed to the Georgetown Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival. The assailant was arrested and is aiding the Police in their probe.
Guyana has recorded over 100 murders for this year. Most of them have been the results of conflicts.
